2.5 mm stone and 3 mm stone in both left and right kidneys respectively. Will it pass on it's own ? 1 year ago i didn't had any stone in my right kidney but now i have 3mm on my right kidney.

These are expected to pass on their own. Everyone’s timeline on this is different. Lots of water and walking will help expedite them. Generally once they reach 7-10mm or they will want to intervene. Once they are over 10mm they will need to intervene. Good luck.
Thank you, is it painful while passing stones?
Drink 3 litres of water consistently throughout the day, not just now but after you pass the stones as you are at higher risk of forming more. The likelihood of passing these thankfully very small stones is extremely high, around 90%
